Well if they give us tan so that means the triangle is

b=15, a=8... So now we need C
So use the <span>pythagorean <span>theorem
8^2 + 15^2 = c^2
c=17

So now sin is OPP/HYP so
sin (a) = 15/17 = .88</span></span>

Area of a circle = pi x r^2

200.96 = pi x r^2

200.96 = 3.14 x r^2

r^2 = 64

r = 8 inches
