All of the elements in the periodic table are monoatomic except the 7 elements that are diatomic atoms. These 7 elements are hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, chlorine, bromine, iodine and fluorine. Monoatomic substances are those elements that are stable by themselves.
Atomic mass Ar => 39.948 a.m.u
39.948 g --------------- 6.02x10²³ atoms
?? g -------------------- 3.8x10²⁴ atoms
(3.8x10²⁴) x 39.948 / 6.02x10²³ => 250 g

Hydrogen bonds are typically stronger than Van der Waals forces bc they are based on permanent dipoles, that form when hydrogen comes in vicinity of a highly electronegative atom (like F, N, or O). These bonds are long-lasting and pretty strong.
