Match up the arrows first
Then get a metal spoon
Put the edge of the spoon directly under the arrow pointing down
Push the spoon up
The cap should pop off
Now one can easily open the extra strength bottle.
With the palm of your hand, push the lid down, as you apply this pressure on the lid twist slightly. Once you are able to get movement, use your fingers to keep twisting until the lid is completely off. :)
