math problem 8th grade the gonzalez family drove from 10:38 a.m. - 2 05 p.m. how long did they drive? is it 3hours & 37minutes?

10:38 + 3 hrs = 1:38.....add 22 minutes and u get 2:00....add 5 minutes, and u get 2:05......so we have 3 hrs + 22 minutes + 5 minutes...and that equals 3 hrs and 27 minutes
