Explanation: First step is always going to be asking them if they're okay, the question says they're unresponsive so you want to access the situation. If they are spasming and signs lead to them having a seizure your going to immediately call for an ambulance, don't try to restrain them unless they are potentially going to hurt themselves ie. falling off of something or hitting something dangerous nearby.
