Chryses is a Trojan - Apollos priest. Chryses went to Agamemnon because his daughter Chryseis had been taken as plunder by Agamemnon in an earlier raid and he wanted to get her freedom by offering a ransom.
Germany was in debt due to the recent war and The Great Depression, so Hitler promised to make them a full normal economy. Since he was their only hope, he finally gained control of Germany and he took advantage of that! He tried killing off all the Jews and went to war with all these countries trying to gain more power.
