Cook more often: Cooking more often will help getting a new skill. We will experience the idea of cooking, we will put much effort in one dish. The smell of the fresh vegetables will make us passionate about it.
Enjoy your food: By enjoying my food, my body will get the Energy it needed, my days will be more effective and enjoyable. Food makes us all happy, and by enjoying it happiness will last forever.
Eat meals with others: The same as when we enjoy our food, eating meals with others is lovely especially with thise that we love. We will learn about each other and listem to each other. It’s an experience that we should appreciate.
Computers can save us hours of repetitious and dull "capitulation" but of course it should be noted that they do many other things as well that help us live our lives.
