LEARNING FROM OTHERS' EXPERIENCE

QUESTION:

- What do you learn from friends or family with medical conditions?

MY ANSWER:

- With the help of their stories and experiences, I have learned that being healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential for each and every person. A healthy and good body allows us to stand in the way of all medical conditions, and helps us to have a longer and happier life. Isn't it pleasant to have a healthy lifestyle and helps us not to worry about our health? A healthy and stress-free life has motivated us to do our best at everything and to cherish every moment of our lives. Prevention is better than cure. I should therefore take care of myself as early as possible to avoid becoming ill or having health problems. With these, I can have a happier, significant and pleasant life.
