Possibly setting a time limit on your screen time or having a few set times during the day you're allowed to access your computer. This will expand your activities, so if your dad does indeed end up taking your computer way you won't be caught bored with nothing to do. Also less screen time would be over all healthier and help you be a more productive. Also taking the time to restrain yourself would teach you an important lesson about self discipline.
