Remember that in the phyllogentic tree, there are three main groups of living things, the archea, the bacteria and the eukarya. Animals, Plants and fungi belong to the las group in which they share some charcteristics like have their DNA in a nuclear site surrounded by a nuclear membrane.
In Archea, they do not have a nucleus and they lack a membrane- bound organelles, that means, that they consider prokaryotes.
