The correct answer is "It is the duty of Congress to set aside differences to help America progress."
In the excerpt from "President Barack Obama's State of the Union Address," what does President Obama argue?
Answer:
"It is the duty of Congress to set aside differences to help America progress."
Former President Barack Obama argued that during his state of the Union Address because he wanted to put an end to the differences the legislative branch had with the executive branch, in order to progress with the legislations that were stuck in Congress, and Obama considered were necessary to help the country.
It is common that the President and Congress have political differences. More, when Congress is controlled by a different political party. In this case, Republicans controlled the majority in Congress. So, sometimes Congress rejects a bill from the executive, and other times the President exerts his veto power over legislation created in Congress.

If you are talking about freshmen year for highschool, it is actually not too terrible. The only thing you wanna be good at is keeping your grades up. Middle school grades are useless but highschool grades affect your chances for going to your desired school or getting scholarships/grants for higher education such as college. I know TONS of people who slacked off their freshmen year and regretted cuz their gpa took a hit during the first year.
Best way to avoid this would be to be on top of your game. You can still enjoy life but prioritizing studies is important as well. Being part of clubs on school also makes the transition easier from middle school to high school. Sometimes it feels like everyone is watching you but honestly everyone is busy with their own stuff so do not ever feel embarrased or scared or anything like that. Make good friends and build good relationship with your teachers. I can go on and on but hopefully you get the gist.
