Osteoporosis
- a chronic, progressive system, metabolic diseases of the skeleton, or a
clinical syndrome manifested in other diseases, which is characterized by
decrease in bone density, a violation of their microarchitectonics and
increased fragility, due to metabolic disorders of bone tissue with a
predominance of catabolism of the processes of bone formation, decreased bone
strength and increased risk of fractures. This definition refers to osteoporosis
diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue (ICD-10) and
completes his term "metabolic or metabolic diseases."
Osteoporosis is a condition wherein the bones become porous or brittle, which is the result from the overall reduction of the quantity of bone tissue. It occurs when the rate of bone reabsorption exceeds the rate of bone formation. The loss of bone mass makes the bones so porous and weakened that they become deformed and prone to fracture. One of the health issues that may be related to the cause of osteoporosis is the inadequate intake of dietary calcium. Individuals with osteoporosis often have insufficient intake of calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin C.
I will have to say D) they keep the prey population low so they will be less likely to deplete resources such as food, water, and shelter... hope i helped!!
The tiny blood vessels that are responsible or have the role
of transporting absorbed nutrients in our body is the capillaries. It is a network
in which connects the venules and the arterioles in order to transport and
connect nutrients for evenly distribution in the body.
