This is incorrect because for an argument to be valid it's premises have to be truthful. Fallacies are logical errors which make the premises untruthful and should therefore be avoided. There are various types of fallacies but most commonly they are divided into inductive and deductive fallacies.
I would put a comma before and or leave the comma out

You could make a bar graph with two bars, one representing losses and one representing wins, and then put the same pair of bars next to each other and observe how the trends changed as years went by. The others would be very odd for using the data available and would probably not be used.
