1. As the name suggests, it can be renewed that means we could never run out of this source or its abundance will never end.
2. The cost and efficiency of this resource is totally dependent on the present technology. It can be produced locally with the technology used.
<u>Non renewable resources:</u>
1. They are very profitable in business.
2. They are easy to use and cost efficient.
<u>Disadvantages:</u>
<u>Renewable resources:</u>
1. The upfront and installation cost is much higher.
2. They depend on natural factors like sunlight, wind, water which are not constant. Thus they don’t have constant supply.
<u>Non renewable resources</u>
1. They lead into the emission of green house gases which pollutes the environment and causes acid rain, fire hazards etc.
2. They are limited in nature, once exhausted, they will take thousands of years to get ready for use.
