He says how the book 'is like' an immediate thought to a simile, comparison is comparing something, so the author is comparing the book to a formal guest
My opinion is that the educational system is always socializing on climate change and how it will affect the youths after us. Now the youths have to live with what the people did before them and how they ruined the earth.
I agree with this cartoon because if we keep on destroying the earth and using fossil fuels we will ruin our future generations.
In my opinion it makes the most sense.. I searched definition of all of them and verbal irony seemed more accurate. According to the definition I found of verbal irony it states, "verbal irony in which a person says or writes one thing and means another" :-) hoped this helped a bit
