<span>Traffic on roads may consist of pedestrians, ridden or herded animals, vehicles, streetcars, buses and other
conveyances, either singly or together, while using the public way for purposes
of travel.</span>
Weather is the state of the
atmosphere at a place and time as regards heat, dryness, sunshine, wind, rain,
etc.
Emergency vehicle is defined as a police <span>vehicle, ambulance or fire truck. These vehicles may have red, white or a combination of red and white
