Oversimplification is not the example of fallacious reasoning. This is because it does not make use of any faulty reasonings or invalid concepts. It has no intention of manipulating with any deceptive measures. It is a soundmethod with fair dependence on the contexts of basing the arguments. It is not persuasive in common use and does not have unsubstantiated assertions. Thus, among the others, oversimplification does not qualify for the condition of becoming a fallacious reasoning.
Parallelism is a balance within sentences of similar phrases, which means that the sentence repeats words that are alike. For example, "She likes singing, reading, and dancing." or "She likes to sing, read, and dance."
Fallacious reasoning is an irrational argument, for instance, "All African Americans like rap music." this is a generalization of one specific race, and shouldn't be used as evidence to back up one's claim.
Although nr. 2 and 3 are considered to be good reasons too, the first reason is the only one that really matters, due to the importance of improving work and study opportunities in a society where only high qualified - and fluent in English - persons count. 4 is interesting from a social point of view but won´t help the individual much in his/her future career.
