Crossing over is an important event in which exchange of genetic material between non-sister chromatids of homologous chromosomes takes place.
It occurs during prophase 1 (particularly in pachytene sub-stage) of the meiosis 1.
During prophase 1, the pair of homologous chromosome are aligned in the process termed as synapsis after which they exchange the genetic material at the points of chiasmata.
It results in formation of new combination of alleles in chromosomes which leads to the development of genetic diversity in sexually reproducing organisms.
The herbivore eats plant and the carnivore it’s meat each one eats one specific thing meaning that on a food feb as long as they keep doing what they are doing it doesn’t mess the environment around them
During exhalation, the diaphragm also relaxes, moving higher into the thoracic cavity. This increases the pressure within the thoracic cavity relative to the environment. Air rushes out of the lungs due to the pressure gradient between the thoracic cavity and the atmosphere.
Answer:Most of the water that evaporates from the oceans falls back into the oceans as precipitation. Only about 10 percent of the water evaporated from the oceans is transported over land and falls as precipitation. Once evaporated, a water molecule spends about 10 days in the air.
