Growing a mindset is more of a metaphorical term rather than one that is scientific. (Someone may need to check me on that science)
<h3>There are two types of mindsets</h3>
Fixed: a state of mind that believes they cannot accomplish a certain task. This is basically the description of someone who has issues believing in themselves, or someone that is too lazy to complete the task at hand.
Growth: The mindset that is open to new possibilities and is willing to take on new challenges. One that is looking towards the future and using their work ethic to improve their quality of work/life.
