I think it's d because to me that's the only one that makes sense out of all of them.

A is the complete sentence because it has verbs and in the right spot too. <span>B is missing the verb "is" before "rolling". C is missing the verb "are" before "being". D has the wrong tense of the verb "was" in the end. It should be "were" because it refers to more than one person.
