With all of my jobs being related to the customer service field, it is sometimes hard when customers have extreme demands or act rude to something you can't control. In this case, when the customer stated it tasted like fruit when it is indeed a fruit smoothie is tough to take but when the customer dumped it out and demanded a refund it is hard to justify why they should receive it.
