The first thing that most people would see, including myself, is the giraffe on fire.
The next thing I see is the lighted structures, which look apart to be an amusement park.
Based on the pattern of the structure, it looks like a type of Mexican/Brazilian ride.
You can't see much of the trees in the background but they look tropical.
Some examples for an idea is lets say its for free dress, the reasoning can't just be 'because we want to' it can be simply because its a way of expressing oneself by adding accessories as in how many students do even when they have standardised dress.
