Social Media is a multi-media internet network that features all types of people, topics, purposes, etc. We notice that forwarding generations are using social media in a ruthless, negative way -that could cause many personal, social and major world-rolling issues/discussions. Therefore, the question would be whether there should be real-world consequences for someone that posts something with such an impact on social media, or not.
