We can eliminate z by adding -z to both sides

Now we have two common variables which is a, so when you have two common factor all you have to do is factor out
a( w + x ) = -y - z
Now the final step is to divide -w+x to both sides
a(w+x)/(-w+x) = -y-z/ -w+x
a = -y -z / -w+x (Alll the numerator divide by the deno)
