According to Sigmund Freud, the part of the personality if not fully developed, a person will be more likely to commit a crime is the superego. The superego of one's person is the moral guide. This is the aspect of personality that when it is correctly developed, urges and desires of the id and the one's ego are being balanced. This is when a person rejects those that are not ethically right. When a person commits a crime, this person is more likely committed to his or her urges and desires without even thinking of what the consequences he or she will face.
