"Unchangeable truth" is something that must be accepted; it must be faced in order to be conquered. Whether it is a prejudice someone holds against you, or a mistake you made in the past, you must be willing to address it in order to change it. The truth cannot be denied, but it can be changed. Foreshadowing is a hint that an event in the future may take place, for example if you saw a kid going down a big hill, and he found his brake wasn't working you could foreshadow that he may crash.
