Hello, I have a science project and I need to write an essay about a NON FAMOUS scientist any suggestions?

How about writing about Fritz Haber?  I know the writer Isaac Azimov would write about him in his non-fiction writings.  Haber was famous in the sense that he won a Nobel Prize for the "Haber Process".  He was infamous for being (to use my expression) "The Father of Poison Gas".  He developed a method of making huge amounts of chlorine gas  and using it against troops at the Battle of Ypres, during World War I.  A good place to start is to read about him at Wikipedia.
