Sure, nuclear power can help create power and the like, however, it can also be used to create weapons of mass destruction. It also pollutes our environment, which can lead to health problems. Finally nuclear energy is usually associated with Nuclear bombs, which would affect the environment, destroy human population and how they live, and damage the land for hundreds of years. Example of this includes Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which are still affected today from the 1945 atomic bombs. Some solutions to this is to get the affected things to outer space, and send them far away from earth. However, this is costly, and it could have a backlash if not done right. Another way is burying under the ground, however, this should not be used extensively, due to poisoning in the ground, and it would affect the people, animals, and plants.
